– it always starts with "Order" and ends with "UPVCSTORE."
The quickest way to find it is to copy it from your order confirmation email (subject line).
This portal is the fastest way to process returns and prevents delays.

Return requirements
- Return window: Request within 30 days of delivery; send back within 30 days of approval.
- Condition: Items must be unused/uninstalled and in original packaging with all parts & manuals.
Outcomes by reason
Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Item Received
→ Refund or Replacement (once inspected). We'll email you a pre-paid label and may request photos.
Changed Mind / Ordered Wrong / Wrong Size-Compatibility / Other (non-fault)
→ Store Credit only. Customer pays return postage (tracked).
Exclusions (non-returnable):
Key cutting orders and Keyed-alike / special-order cylinders, plus any custom-made items.
Processing information
- Processing time: 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping fees: Not refunded on non-faulty returns.
