This is the genuine Fullex XL auxiliary hookbolt case complete with its anti lift bolt — the hook unit that sits above and below the centre gearbox on a Fullex XL multipoint door lock strip. The hardened hookbolt pulls the door tight to the frame, while the anti lift bolt throws alongside it to stop the door being lifted or levered off its keeps.

Supplied as a case only, it lets you repair a failed hook position on an otherwise healthy lock strip — a fraction of the cost and labour of replacing the complete multipoint mechanism. Suits uPVC, composite and timber doors fitted with the Fullex XL system.

Replace the hookbolt case if…

The hook has snapped, seized or no longer throws when you lift the handle; the door locks at the centre latch but a hook position stays retracted; or the hook throws but the anti lift bolt is damaged. If the centre gearbox and the other cases work, swapping this one case restores full multipoint security.

Fitting in Three Steps

With the door open, unscrew the lock strip faceplate and withdraw the multipoint mechanism from the door edge.

Release the failed hookbolt case from the faceplate and drive bar, then fit the new case in the same position.

Refit the strip, then test the hook and anti lift bolt throw fully with the door open before locking it closed.

How do I know my lock is a Fullex XL?
Fullex stamps the brand and series on the lock faceplate, usually near the centre case. XL strips also pair each hook with an anti lift bolt, exactly as on this case. If in doubt, send us a photo of your faceplate and hook and we will confirm fitment before you buy.
Will it fit the top and bottom hook positions?
Yes. The same hookbolt case is used at the hook positions above and below the centre gearbox on the Fullex XL strip, so one case repairs either position.
Is this new or reconditioned?
Brand new. Many XL hookbolt cases on the market are reconditioned pulls from old doors — this is an unused genuine Fullex part.
Are screws included?
No — this is a case only. It mounts to your existing Fullex XL faceplate and drive bar, reusing the original fixings.
